Rockit, the nationwide association boosting the most creative Italian music expressions since 1997, presents the 5th edition of MI AMI, taking place on 5th-6th-7th June 2009 at Circolo Magnolia, in the appealing setting of Idroscalo in Milan, a park to relax in the green among the trees.
In 2008, despite heavy rain, the 3 days of MI AMI ("Musica Importante A Milano") gathered 15.000 people. Unceasing water could not stop what in these years has become an essential event for the New and Beautiful Italian music.
This year over 50 bands will play at MI AMI, on two different stages: Palco Pertini, which is the main stage, and Palco La Collinetta, a romantic stage for lovers. Beside concerts, MI AMI will host dj sets, reading events, speed painting, buskers and a nice market with independent artists.
